All aspects of the design and build of four financial regulatory online learning modules. MiFIR Transaction Reporting, EMIR Trade Reporting, SFTR Transaction Reporting, MAR Surveillance. All modules contain significant amounts of interactive content including video and full audio. The courses are designed to be non-linear, and therefore it is possible to follow through systematically or jump through the individual chapters. All the modules have interactive assessments with multiple questions drawn from multiple question banks. Downloadable additional content, a full glossary of relevant terms, acronyms, and abbreviations are included in all courses.

The new online Foundation courses (CPD certified and endorsed by CISI) will provide operations and compliance staff with a thorough grounding in the regulatory reporting requirements. As well as detailing the regulatory reporting data standards, the course explains the systems and controls ESMA expects firms to have over transaction reporting.

There are separate courses available for:

  • MiFIR Transaction Reporting
  • EMIR Trade Reporting
  • SFTR Transaction Reporting
  • MAR Surveillance

Each of the courses is accompanied by an online assessment to provide evidence that candidates have completed the online course. Upon completion of the course, delegates will be able to download a certificate to confirm learning and completion. Below is a selection of screen examples.

Market Abuse Regulations - MAR Example

All online courses have an introductory video to view before delegates start the main course. The video is designed to give an overview of the course navigation and an idea of what users can expect to see in the main course.
